Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Impra Charge. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to assist. Our policies follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. The product images shown are only for illustration and may not match the actual item exactly. We reserve the right to change images and specifications at any time without notice.

Return process:

For online or distance sales:

  1. Returns are only accepted if we sold the product directly to you.
  2. You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. You then have 14 days to send the item back. Your right to cancel begins the moment you place the order and ends 14 days after you get the product.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will take up to 14 days to process it, including issuing a credit if needed. We may deduct value if the product has been damaged or decreased in value.
  4. Proof of purchase is confirmed through the website transaction.
  5. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds to different cards are only possible if the original account no longer exists or has expired.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been personalised, such as with a logo or custom design.
  • The return is incomplete, or the item has been used, scratched, damaged, or shows normal wear and tear.
  • Instructions or product information have not been followed, causing damage or fault.
  • Repairs or modifications were done by someone not qualified or if the product’s design was changed.
  • The return package does not include a return reference or cannot be linked to the customer.
  • The fault comes from a design, drawing, or specifications supplied by the customer.

Note: Your rights may differ if we have a different contract with you.

For wholesale purchases from our head office, at exhibitions, or during product demos:

  1. Only customers who bought directly from Impra Charge can request a return.
  2. Proof of purchase, like an order number, must be provided.
  3. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. You may choose a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
  4. If you find a fault within six months of ownership, you should give us a chance to fix or replace it first. If we cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable time, you can ask for a refund. It may take up to 14 days to process.
  5. After six months, you must prove the fault was present when you bought or took ownership of the product.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been personalised or made to your specifications.
  • The return is incomplete or has been used, scratched, damaged, or shows normal wear.
  • Instructions or product details were not followed, leading to damage or fault.
  • Repairs or modifications were made by someone not qualified or if the design was changed.
  • No return reference number is included in the package or there is no audit trail linking the return to you.
