With its universal mounting options and customisable power range, the Wall Connector can be installed with a single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V. Installers can set the current draw from the unit to align with your EVs capabilities and your circuit's limits. 

Just note, all Tesla Wall Connectors must be installed by a certified Tesla installer. It will then be backed by a 4-year residential warranty or a 1-year commercial warranty.

Software

The Gen 3 Wall Connector can connect to the Tesla app seamlessly, giving you full remote access to your charging operations. 

With this app, users can: 

- Schedule charging around off-peak electricity rates.

- Monitor charging speed, energy usage, and estimated range.

- Lock or unlock the unit to restrict access.

- Receive firmware updates over wifi, keeping your system updated.

- Tesla installers use the app, Teles One, while installing the unit. This is used to commission the unit, select breaker settings, enable power sharing, and connect to wifi for remote management and diagnostics.
